HOW DOES YOUR DAILY ROUTINE AFFECT YOUR FOOD HABITS?

 Sometimes my daily routine affects my food habits, because I have classes since 7:00am to 12:00pm or 1:00pm. I usully don't have break but I prepare snack for the morning and I eat at around 10:00am, also the time isn't enough to eat or I have lunch in the university, usually when I must stay later. I rarely eat when I arrive home later.

My routine on weekends is similar because I work since 9:30am to 5:00pm. I sometimes eat bread with coffee or hot tea at around 10:00am or 10:30am and my lunch hour is different, but I prefer to have lunch at around 1:30pm or 2:00pm.
